With a career that spans Malaysia, Scotland, and Dubai, she later joined the Ministry of Justice in London, where her journey into digital construction began. Her expertise places her among a select group of professionals in this niche field, blending a passion for architecture and heritage with cutting-edge digital construction practices.Catharine’s innovative contributions have helped position the UK Parliament as a global leader in digital heritage conservation, earning her international recognition and opportunities to speak at renowned heritage conferences. Her achievements include winning the TechWomen100 award in 2022 and being a finalist for several prestigious honors. Her work has also been highlighted in Malaysian media, including the STAR newspaper. Alongside her professional commitments, she continues to pursue her passion for heritage as a dedicated part-time PhD researcher.

Shao-wei Huang is the Head of the Shenzhen Office at Zaha Hadid Architects, where he leads the firm's strategic operations across China, with a primary focus on the Greater Bay Area, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. With extensive experience in high-rise buildings, cultural projects, infrastructure, Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), master planning, and healthcare, Shao-wei has been instrumental in driving ZHA's growth in these dynamic regions. He has successfully overseen a number of significant projects, including ZHA's first 300-meter super high-rise, the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre, and the iconic Beijing Daxing Airport, known as China's new gateway. His leadership has also been pivotal in the development of the Navi Mumbai Airport in India, the Zhengzhou East Headquarters masterplan, and the Taipei Danjiang Bridge, the world's largest asymmetrical cable-stayed bridge. Shao-wei's deep expertise and visionary approach continue to shape the architectural landscape across some of the most rapidly evolving markets in the world.

Kevin Lew, a U.S. Honours graduate and AIA-registered architect, brings over 35 years of global experience in real estate development, urban planning, architecture, and construction management across the U.S., Gulf States, and Southeast Asia. He has held leadership roles with Malaysia’s top developers and contributed to major projects such as TRX, Bandar Malaysia, BBCC, the Battersea Power Station in London, and developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.With a career balanced between architectural consultancy and real estate development, Kevin focuses on managing projects through their full lifecycle—prioritizing design quality, cost control, and timely delivery. A firm believer that “Good Design is Good Business,” he advocates for sustainable, innovative approaches rooted in design thinking and ESG values. Currently, Kevin is Director at Agung Sedayu Group (ASG) in Indonesia, leading the Integrated City Development (ICD) division. He is driving the master planning of over 60,000 hectares of land, aiming to create future-ready, sustainable districts through strategic planning and collaboration.

Er Steven Kang is the Managing Director of Measurement & Verification Pte Ltd. A mechanical engineering graduate from the National University of Singapore, he also holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing. With deep international experience in the HVAC industry, his career includes roles in engineering, business development, and training. He started as a Mechanical Engineer at Singapore’s Public Works Department and went on to lead energy solutions at Trane and Johnson Controls Inc.Steven plays an active role in designing high-efficiency HVAC systems across Asia and is an Energy Model Assessor for Green Mark certification. A respected voice in energy efficiency, he trains professionals in green building practices and has helped design top-rated Green Buildings and Data Centres. He speaks regularly at industry events and contributes to standards committees including SS591, SS553, and ISO 301. Beyond his technical work, Steven is also known for his social impact projects, including a 1,000km solo charity bike ride across Malaysia and a 130km walk around Singapore to promote social unity during the pandemic.
